Winery Review: This certified organic winery produces outstanding quality at reasonable prices offering classic Cabernet flavors of fresh herb, olive, cedar and cassis. Focused and intense, with a charming rustic side and broad tannins that firm up on the finish.
My Review: Herbaceous nose and the palate suggested the same. I would compare this to making a fresh salad and then taking a handful of dirt and adding it in as toppings. This was too earthy for my taste and I couldn’t think of anything that I would pair it with and enjoy it. The pepper pushed through on the finish.
I tried this wine without any food.
