Winery Review: A crisp and light-bodied wine with a rose color, a delicate bouquet of strawberries and a clean finish. This wine strikes harmonious balance of acidity, sweetness and crisp finish.
My Review: This was an extremely fruit forward wine on the nose. For a White Zin, it was much smoother than the normal dry and acidic feel. The strawberries tasted as if you had cut up a fresh batch from the field and dipped them individually in sugar. Distinct flavors, yet nicely blended with full body.
I tried this wine without any food.
